1
Day 01 : Arrival

Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station, Our driver will assist you and provide a warm welcome.

Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for a complimentary stay.
Indulge in a delicious dinner included.
Take the opportunity to acclimatize before your Yatra.
Please be present at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing session (exact breifing time will be shared on the arrival day). During this session, your tour coordinator will provide important details about the upcoming tours and distribute duffel bags for carrying your luggage.

Day 02 : Dehradun to Yamunotri (30 - 40 Mins)

Departure: Our driver will escort you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. From there, you will board the helicopter to begin your journey to Yamunotri.

Arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri): Upon arrival, our handlers will assist with unloading your baggage and escort you to the hotel for check-in.

Breakfast: Breakfast will be served either at Dehradun or Yamunotri subjected to the flight time.

Yamunotri Darshan: After breakfast, you will embark on a 6 km trek to the Yamunotri temple. You have the option to take a Palki or Pony ride for a comfortable journey to the temple.

Temple Visit: Experience the divine darshan at the Yamunotri Temple, a sacred site dedicated to Goddess Yamuna.

Lunch & Relaxation: After darshan, enjoy a delicious lunch and relax at the hotel with dinner.

Evening Visit: In the evening, visit the Shani Mandir and the Yamuna Mata Temple to further immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere of the region.

Day 03 : Yamunotri to Gangotri (30-40Mins)

Departure: After breakfast, you’ll take a helicopter ride to Harsil, one of Uttarakhand's most beautiful valleys, often
referred to as "Mini Switzerland." Upon arrival, our handlers will assist you and transfer you to your hotel.
Gangotri Darshan: The temple is located about 20 km from the hotel, and a comfortable cab ride will take you there.
Temple Visit: Upon arrival at the temple, immerse yourself in the sacred atmosphere of Gangotri Dham. Situated in a picturesque valley, the temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga, and the area offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and river.
Accommodation & Facilities: After your darshan, return to the hotel to relax. You will enjoy premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian meals, and plenty of opportunities for short walks and local sightseeing around this unexplored, serene valley.
Evening Relaxation: End your day with a freshly prepared dinner at the hotel.

Day 04 : Gangotri to Kedarnath (30-40Mins)

Helicopter Transfer: Board your chopper from Gangotri, and fly to Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad. From there, you’ll board another helicopter for a short 6-10 minute flight to Kedarnath. Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3 hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons.
Arrival in Kedarnath: Reach the Kedarnath region, known for its spiritual significance, serene natural beauty, and snow- capped peaks. Kedarnath is one of the most revered heritage sites in the Chardham Yatra.
VIP Darshan at Kedarnath: Upon arrival at the Kedar-top Helipad, our handlers will escort you for a VIP Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, where you will experience the divine rituals and serenity of this sacred site.
Return Transfer: You will be taken back from the Kedar Top Helipad to Kedar Basecamp Helipad. The day ends with a delicious dinner and a restful night to prepare for the next stage of your journey.
Stay at Kedar Basecamp: After darshan, you will be transferred to the Kedar Basecamp for a comfortable stay.

Day 05 : Kedarnath to Badrinath (30-40Mins)

Travel to Badrinath: On the fifth day of your Chardham journey, depart from Kedarnath basecamp and head towards Badrinath. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of deep valleys and majestic Himalayan peaks.
Arrival at Badrinath: Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our handlers will assist with your transfer to the hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch.
VIP Darshan at Badrinath: After settling in, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple for a VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan, experiencing the divine rituals at this holiest of shrines.
Explore Mana Village: Post darshan, take the opportunity to explore Mana Village, the first village on the Indian side of the Indo-Tibetan border. Visit the Vyas Gufa (cave), Ganesh Gufa (cave), Bheem Pul (bridge) and the origin point of the Saraswati River, rich in history and mythology.
Evening at Leisure: End your day by returning to your hotel for a comfortable stay and a delicious dinner, reflecting on your journey through the Valley of Lord Narayan. Prepare for the final day of your Chardham Yatra.

Day 06 : Departure ! Badrinath to Dehradun (50-60 Mins)

Breakfast: After breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan for blessings. If we take off early, you might miss breakfast.
Return Flight to Dehradun: Fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and cherished memories of your Chardham Yatra by helicopter.
Arrival in Dehradun: Upon arrival at Dehradun, we will collect your luggage from the hotel and provide a comfortable transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus stand, as per your departure timings.
Tour Conclusion: The tour concludes once we drop you at your departure point within Dehradun, marking the end of your memorable Chardham Yatra.

  • Carrying a Proper Photo ID card is mandatory for all Indian travelers.
  • Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, are acceptable Photo ID cards for Indians. For foreign nationals, a passport is required.
  • All the hotels at Chardham are non-star categories. We provide the best option available.
  • The food served is pure vegetarian.
  • Hotels are subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Maximum 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted to carry & we shall provide the duffel bag upon arrival at Dehradun. Excess baggage is to be stored at the hotel before proceeding to helipad, which can be collected later after completion of the tour.
  • All temples in Chardham sector are located in high altitudes & passengers are advised to carry their own medication. At these locations, it becomes cold in the evening, so passengers are advised to carry woolen clothing with them.
  • Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case the weight exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills.
  • Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground. So, it is highly suggested that the clients get their medical fitness certificate from doctor before starting the journey and carry their prescribed and emergency Medicines.
  • No, or delayed flying is subject to many factors like delayed clearance from Airforce & Civil aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), bad weather conditions, sudden development of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads.
  • The expenses towards lodging & boarding shall be borne by the guests and paid directly at the hotel in case of overstaying at any Dham due to bad weather conditions or any other unavoidable reasons.
  • In case guests are not even able to take the first flight from Dehradun to Yamunotri due bad weather then we will try to accommodate them the next day. However, if the weather doesn’t permit that the next day as well then the trip will cancelled and refund of the trip would be given in 15 days after deducting accommodation, meals & transport charges at Dehradun and flight planning charges of INR 15000 per person.
  • Any donations, tips, & porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.
  • Full refund shall be applicable in case we are unable to commence the journey from Dehradun due to any reason beyond our control after deducting accommodation, meals & transport charges at Dehradun and flight planning/ preparation charges of INR 15000/- per person.
  • Single Supplement @ Rs.30,000/- extra shall be chargeable in case any guest wishes to stay in single occupancy in hotels at all destinations
  • Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight is found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, then, the guest(s) would be DE boarded & the Heli tour would be CANCELLED without any refund.
  • Guests weight more than 75kgs shall be charged an overweight fee of Rs.2500/ Kg for the total weight above 75 Kg. However, it should not exceed the total carrying capacity of the helicopter of 450kgs. In case it exceeds then the guests would be de-boarded & the Heli Yatra would be cancelled without any refund.
  • We recommend to keep at least one additional day at hand at Dehradun when planning your trip.
  • Guests would not be allowed to carry their suitcases/luggage in the aircraft. Duffle bags would be provided by our crew on the day of arrival, in which guests will be allowed to carry up to 05 kg of luggage during the tour.
  • All temples in Do Dham sector are located at a high altitude, & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them during travel. Guests are also advised to carry woolen clothing & rain coats with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.
  • Damages of any kind caused to the party due to natural causes during the tour shall NOT be compensated by us and all legal disputes are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi.

Char Dham Yatra refers to the pilgrimage to the four sacred shrines in the Indian Himalayas: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. These shrines hold great significance in Hinduism.

The best time for Char Dham Yatra is typically between May and June, avoiding the monsoon season. October is also a good time to visit Char Dham Temples. The exact timing may vary each year, so it’s essential to check the current weather conditions and pilgrimage status.
VIP Darshan ticket counter facility is available only in Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham. The charges may be around 2500-3000 per person for a single Dham. In Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham there are no special counters for VIP tickets however special Pooja can be conducted through the temple's priests.
Every Year Chardham Yatra begins from the month of April or May onwards and continues until October/November as the doors of all four temples (Badrinath, Kedarnath, Yamunotri & Gangotri) remain open till the day of “Diwali Festival” which is celebrated every year during the month the month of October/November. “Diwali festival-Also called Deepawali” is considered as one of the main festival of Hindus and dates of this festival to be decided by the holy saints/Gurus/Priests according to Hindu calendar). After Diwali doors of all temples remain close for the next five or six months due to heavy snow fall and very cold weather as all these temples are located in the remote places of Himalayan Mountain where life is not easy to survive due to uncertain weather conditions.
Chardham Yatra is considered is as one of the toughest Yatra in Himalayan region, so don’t take it lightly as one should be physically and mentally fit to travel this circuit. Weather of Char Dham Circuit is very uncertain as temperature changes almost three times in a day since day time is hot and evening is pleasant but nights are sometime very cold. It is advisable to take heavy woolen cloths such as warm Jacket, Coat, Sweater, Gloves & woolen socks and good walking shoes with grip, slippers & sandals, first aid kit. Also carry Insect repellent or lotions to avoid any mosquito infection. One can carry rain coat as well as some time it rains in this circuit as weather can be changed at any time here. Don’t forget to bring personal medicines during your trip to Char Dham Circuit if you are patient of any such dieses like any kind of allergies, diabetes or asthma or any such conditions that may require emergency treatment and are specially advised to carry prescriptions of the medicines and also preferably carry a letter from your physician during your trip.
In order to register for the Char Dham Yatra, pilgrims must first obtain a registration form from the official website or from any registered travel agency. The completed form must then be submitted to the office of the Chardham Yatra in Uttarakhand along with two recent passport-sized photographs, a photocopy of your ID proof, and the registration fee.
According to Hindu mythology and beliefs, it is said that every person should complete the Chardham Yatra at least once during their lifetime. Completing the Chardham Yatra is of prime significance to the Hindus as it is the eternal way of getting free from the tangle of life after death.
